The Katie and Kelly team were a great experience. I felt like they listened to everything we wanted from initial introductions all the way through inspection. The current slowdown in real estate is starting to show the sins of most realtors who are mostly middlemen that don’t add much value or deep advice. Katie was not that at all. She will go to bat for you and offer value added ideas and advice from the fun stuff like design and potential upgrades, but could also provide insights to the most technical aspects of the transaction too. Kelly made the end-to-end process extremely organized, which was great since we are from out of town. In short, I just felt like we were in great hands. Add to that their incredible response time, 10/10 would definitely recommend!!
