Castlewood

living room

The Castlewood neighborhood is tucked away behind the Trinity Presbyterian Church and Morris Brandon Elementary to the east of Howell Mill and West of Northside Drive. This cozy neighborhood with tree lined streets showcases a wide variety of homes from small ranches, to renovated Colonials and rebuilds. Castlewood is a small neighborhood with just seven streets and fewer than 300 homes and enjoys a small suburban feel with an active Civic Association. Neighbors often meet to socialize while walking children to and from school or while children play at Triangle Park. In addition to events organized year around, the neighborhood is known for taking Halloween very seriously, attracting trick-or-treaters from many of the surrounding areas.
