Paces is a neighborhood in the Buckhead district on the northwest corner of Atlanta. It is bordered on the west by the Chattahoochee River, with Peachtree Creek to the south, and I-75 to the east. Paces is home to North Atlanta High School and Lovett, with Westminster around the corner. Just across the Cobb County line to the North are Cumberland Mall, Akers Mill Square, Cobb Energy Performing Arts Center, and SunTrust Park. Despite the proximity to so many area attractions, and convenient access to I-75, it is easy to find an escape in the Paces neighborhood with the large heavily wooded lots, secluded streets, and ample greenspace. Like many of Buckhead’s most sought after neighborhoods, Paces has seen a large number of renovations and rebuilds slowly changing the dynamics of the neighborhood. Whether you are looking for an older home nestled into the woods, a modern home set on a perfectly manicured lawn, or a new castle on a hill, Paces has something for just about everyone.
